ISI Marked Rigid PVC Conduits
ISI Marked Rigid PVC Conduits are manufactured conforming to IS: 9537 (Part - 3) 1983 under grant of Licence bearing # CM/L 6200014982 issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards. The conduits are manufactured in various sizes such as 16, 19, 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50 mm diameter in Light, Medium and Heavy Mechanical Stresses and come in different colours like Black, Grey, White, Red, Blue, Green and Orange to colour code the wiring and enable easy identification of various services like Fire, Telecommunication, CCTV, Public Address system, Data Cabling etc.

FRLS PVC Bends
make FRLS PVC Bends are hand crafted from the conduits thus giving you the advantage of getting the bends in the same colour as the conduits.
These are long bends which connect two conduits to change the direction of flow between the conduits by 90 degrees and are suitable for electrical applications. These are available for conduits having diameter of 16, 19, 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50 mm. The PVC Bends, like the conduits are Fire Retardant, Low Smoke, Free Halogen, Non Corrosive, Non Metallic and Termite Retardant, Light in weight and easy to install. It is advised that the PVC Bends are joined to the conduits by applying V I P make PVC Solvent to ensure air tight joints and stored in cool place away from source of heat.
FRLS PVC Couplers
V I P make FRLS PVC Couplers are manufactured in Injection Molding Machines as well as hand crafted from the conduits thus giving you the advantage of getting the couplers in the same colour as the conduits.
These couplers are used to connect two conduits and are suitable for electrical applications. These are available for conduits having diameter of 16, 19, 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50 mm. The PVC Couplers, like the conduits are Fire Retardant, Low Smoke, Low Halogen, Non Corrosive, Non Metallic, Termite Retardant, Light in weight and easy to install. It is advised that the PVC Couplers are joined to the conduits by applying V I P make PVC Solvent to ensure air tight joints and stored in cool place away from source of heat.
FR PVC Junction Boxes
V I P make FR PVC Junction Boxes are available in Surface Mounting for wall conduiting and Deep for slab conduiting (both open and encased) to suit conduits of 19 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm diameter from One - Way to Four - Way type Socket Openings, with 90 degrees angle and come with Lids and Screws in Black, Grey & White colours. These FR PVC Junction Boxes are manufactured on our Automatic Injection Molding machines and confirm to IS 3419 specifications.
Metal Junction Box
The Cast Iron Junction Boxes are available in Surface Mounting for wall conduiting and Deep for slab conduiting (both open and encased) to suit conduits of 19 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm diameter from One - Way to Four - Way type Socket Openings, with 90 degrees angle and come with Lids and Screws in Black enameled paint.
PVC Solvent
V I P make PVC Solvent is a superior bonding agent, clear in colour, used to join PVC fittings to conduits with a quick setting time. The high bonding quality makes it a preferred choice amongst applicators to have an air tight joint for all Sizes of PVC Conduits and its fittings.
- It is advised to store in a cool place far from direct daylight.
- Shake well before using the PVC Solvent Cement.
- It is recommended to clean the surface of the conduit / fitting before applying the solvent.
- Allow a setting time of about 30 seconds.
- Avoid contact with skin.
- Solvent Cements are highly inflammable. Hence, keep away from fire.
- Close tightly after use as it evaporates.
FAN Box - Powder Coated / Plated
These Fan Boxes are made of heavy gauge mild steel and powder coated / plated to prevent rusting. They are used to hang ceiling fans / Chandeliers etc.
Bending Springs
VIP ISI Marked Rigid PVC Conduits can be bent in any degree with the aid of a Bending Spring thus avoiding a bend. This process is called Cold Bending and the conduit need not be heated to bend the same. Conduits of 19, 20 and 25 mm diameter are suitable for Cold Bending.
